Any patient in Canada with a valid medical document can register with Canveda.

1. Speak to a healthcare professional, in person, or online, to see if medical cannabis is right for you.
2. Have your healthcare professional fax your prescription to Canveda at (705) 304-1042.
3. Fill out the below Registration Form and email it back to [email protected] .
4. Once we’ve verified and approved your documents, we will email you the website info to log in and start shopping.
5. If you are transferring your medical document from another licensed producer, please fill out the below Registration Form and email it back to [email protected] and simply contact your licensed producer to request a transfer. They will need to fax your registration and prescription to Canveda at (705) 304-1042.
